WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY

At BIOMEQ, we are committed to providing quality products, while ensuring a transparent warranty policy and a prompt process to all customers. When customers need warranty and repair, you can directly contact the genuine Customer Service and Service Center located at BIOMEQ Headquarters - 89 Tran Van Du St, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

I. WARRANTY POLICY

a. Warranty principle

• All products are still in the warranty period, satisfy the warranty conditions and due to technical defects of the manufacturer will be warranted for renewal (not warranty for accessories included).

• When a product is warranted in an innovative form, the warranty period is calculated according to the remaining warranty period of the replaced product.

• Applies to all products distributed by BIOMEQ.

b. Genuine renewal warranty conditions

• Errors, breakdowns caused by technical defects of the manufacturer.

• Must have a genuine warranty card attached to the product and be officially distributed through BIOMEQ's distribution system, the warranty card must contain all necessary information (store name, serial number, date, month). , year of purchase).

• Product must be intact, showing no signs of disassembly, battery acid impact, signs of third party interference, signs of natural disasters, fires and other objective reasons.

• Product series number is intact, not scraped / modified.

• Please read carefully the user manual of the product, regulations on warranty conditions on the warranty card accompanying the product.

c. Warranty method

• All products will be warranted at the Genuine Customer Care and Service Center located at BIOMEQ Headquarters, 89 Tran Van Du St, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Please bring all products, including machines and accessories, to the Center for inspection and consultation.

II. REPAIR SERVICES

• Products not eligible for genuine warranty will be transferred to repair according to customer's wishes and charged (if any).

• You bring all products, including machines and accessories, to the Customer Care Center at the address on the warranty card for inspection.
